The main music industry conference and showcase festival in Estonia is Tallinn Music Week, taking place each spring, May 10 – 14 in 2023. The line-up, selected from applications by a broad-based team of Estonian and international curators, is presented across Tallinn’s best venues to an audience of around 20,000 festivalgoers and 1,000 industry professionals from around the globe. Music Estonia, the Estonian music industry development centre and export office, organise Estonian presence at various music industry events in Europe and sometimes beyond. Seek out Estonian music professionals at these delegations to establish first contact.

“...Estonia is a small market so there are no dedicated booking agencies between artists, their managements and the programmers, promoters and bookers of festivals and venues. In order to get booked to play at an Estonian festival or club, you will need to establish direct relationships with the bookers and heads of programme. See the lists of festivals, clubs and venues and also relevant music companies and try to make contact either at Tallinn Music Week or at some other music industry event…”
